I like this baking because first time getting a crispy topping with moist cake. I think time spend infront of the oven was worthy!
1 pack butter cake mix (300g)
1. Preheat oven to 160C.
2. Beat eggs and milk on low speed with electric mixer. Gently add sifted cake mix into mixing bowl. Add butter and mix on medium speed for 2 mins. until ingredients combined. Stir in strawberries.
3. Scoop batter to prepared cupcake's patty cases.
4. Bake for 15-18 mins.
The top of butter cupcake is crispy, the cake is soft and moist with strawberries flavour.
