The urge to destress struck me. It was a good excuse for me to do my baking. This round I chose to bake mini apple tarts with a very simple reason... the apple and sour cream tart recipe is still in my mind, I would like to serve the apple tarts in "party style" just for WT and myself! The small tarts mould I have is just right for baking the mini apple tarts. I also used the muffins mould just to have different in the end apperance. It is easy to munch the mini apple tart. The end result was delighting!
