7th Blog Anniversary and Giveaway!


Awayofmind Bakery House is turning 7th in another two weeks time. I would like to say thank you to you, without your support my blog will not be what it is today. To show my appreciation, I would like to have two little giveaway for Awayofmind Bakery House's readers.

  10. Happy 7th Birthday, I love both but the 12 cup daisy cupcake will have more use in my kitchen for bites for my kids in school. I really like all your asian recipes but i would have to say my most favourite would be the Loh Mai Kai.

  14. Happy 7th Anniversary ! I love both but would like the 12 cup daisy cupcake = )

    My favourite recipe would be the Thousand layer yam mooncake = ) I made that for my family and my mum kept the box which I gave her with the mooncake. I found it in her cupboard when I was clearing it after her passing.

    I prefer Gift 2, the 12-cup daisy cupcake pan. I like your banana walnut bread by Curtis Stone. In fact, I bought a silicone loaf pan the day after seeing your post because I also saw it from Ann's post. Just didn't have time to bake yet. The banana that I bought for making this bread has now all eaten by my hubby & son, hehe!

    7 years of publishing the blog is an incredible achievement! This speaks volumes of your dedication and your passion for your craft!

    Your blog is my Go-To guide when I want to do baking and I'm a particular fan of breads and cakes.
    One of your recipes that I usually refer to will be the Orange Chiffon Cake - simple and yet so very delicious (I made one to give to my boyfriend's mom!). It's light and so fluffy; and the ingredients are so easily available! I'd certainly like to try the others like Oreo Chiffon Cake and Pandan Chiffon (although the pandan will certainly require more work!)

  47. Hi Tze, I will choose your crispy roast pork. The steps are precise. My hubby and kids loved it to the dot. Hubby commented that it was as good as Oversea Restaurant except that it tasted more home cooked and he just love it.

    This is the first time I visit your blog as I was searching for the recipe for creamy custard. Your custard picture stands out from the rest due to its texture and fresh color. I will definitely try your recipe (thinking of using custard as the filling for cream puff and glutinous rice ball...). Happy blog aniversary !
