我可以分享,你不一定懂


临晨,窗外正好有热气球飞过。那七彩的球和阔蓝的天,成了对比。
这是这里的平凡日子中,所能为我带来的惊喜 。人为了平平凡凡生活,付出代价去追逐,谁会懂了?
来了这里,比在新加坡忙,这里没了帮佣的工人,一切得自己来。
那一天,不啥闲聊的我,还得硬着头皮去了俩个小时孩子班上家长的早茶会,这种场面是在新加坡从来没面对过的。

劳做,烹饪,写博客是精神的解放。
过来的人,只有你能懂。
我不是烹饪高手,弄来弄去只做我和家人喜欢吃的。
我的博客是为我自己而写,喜欢烘焙,喜欢摄影,这是我的空间。
我可以分享,但,你不一定懂。(这话太棒了,看了就喜欢,所以抄下了)
偶然发现陈绮贞,她的蜉蝣 是那么的亮丽,让我听了一遍又一遍。







Tom Yum Fried Rice recipe from Ah Tze's kitchen play 
(portion for 5 serving)
2 cup of rice, cooked and set aside for later use
1 cup mix vegetables
100g dried anchovy, washed and drained
1 can luncheon meat, cut into cubes
1 onion, sliced into thin 
some English spinach, washed and cut into small length
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 eggs
2 tbsp tom yum soup paste
3 cloves of chopped garlic  

Garnishing:
some fried shallots
spring onions

Method:
1. Heat wok or pan with oil, add chopped garlic and sliced onion, stir fry till fragrant. Add anchovy, stir fry for 2 mins. Add luncheon meat and mix vegetables. 

2. Stir fry till luncheon meat turned a bit brown. Add English spinach. When vegetable is cooked. Make a hole into middle of wok, crack the eggs into it. Let it cook for 1 mins until the egg white turned white then mix the egg with the rest of the ingredients. 

3. Add rice into wok, add tom yum soup paste. Stir and mix well. (The tom yum soup paste is salty, it is not advisable to add too many spoonful, however, if you like it to taste stronger, you may add more)

4. Garnish with spring onion and fried shallots, serve warm.
